María Chuchena es una de las miles de chavas que viven "de este lado" sin papeles. Nuestra versión habla de una muchacha que viene "perfumada de claveles" pero que cruzó nadando, arriesgándolo todo y dejándolo todo atrás. Con la reciente crisis económica, conseguir trabajo sin papeles se ha puesto cada vez más difícil. Para nosotros, es muy importante cantar acerca de lo que significa ser mexicano en este país. ¡Esperamos que les guste este son jarocho inmigratorio!
